Last Saturday, the British Film Designers Guild announced the winners of the 2025 Production Design Awards at The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
Winners in the film categories included Gladiator II (Major Motion Picture – Period), Conclave (Feature Film – Contemporary & Fantasy), Wicked (Major Motion Picture – Fantasy), A Quiet Place: Day One (Major Motion Picture – Contemporary), and Lee (Independent Feature Film – Period).
In television, awards went to House of the Dragon S2 (TV Band 3 & 4 Programmes), The Gentlemen (TV Band 2 Programmes), and Witches (TV Light Entertainment & Band 1 Programmes).
The historical fantasy romance TV series My Lady Jane won The Planet Positive Award for their system to turn film set waste into community infrastructure.
