Emerging
- Emerging Membership is open to those who have a minimum of 20 weeks ( 100 days) of paid experience in the membership role they are currently working in and applying to join in on at least one full credit in HETV or Feature Film.
- The credits must be from Principal Photography, Additional Photography, and 2nd Unit.
- You will need the support of one validator. Your validator may be the Head of Department or someone in a senior in role that you have worked with on the identified production and is recognised in their role with a verifiable IMDb profile. This person needs to be in a position to confirm your role on the production, duration of time worked, name of the production and able to confirm your work at the level for which you are applying.
Full
- To be eligible to apply for or step up to Full Membership, you need to be able to demonstrate significant experience in the grade you are applying for and provide evidence of working for more than 55 weeks and worked in credited roles on three or more productions at this level.
- The credits must ideally be from Principal Photography, but we will consider significant time spent working on Additional photography and 2nd Unit
- You will need the support of three validators. Your validator may be the Head of Production or someone in a senior in role that you have worked with on the identified production and is recognised in their role with a verifiable IMDb profile. This person needs to be in a position to confirm your role on the production, duration of time worked, name of the production and able to confirm your work at the level for which you are applying. Your validator cannot be related to you.
