The Role

The Production Assistant supports the Production team in the daily coordination of production activities, helping ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This role is central to maintaining strong communication, organisation, and operational support across productions.

The Production Assistant will help coordinate schedules, documentation, logistics, and communication between creative, technical, and production teams, while ensuring project information remains accurate and accessible. The Production Assistant will also be expected to help out on stage during a shoot. This could include supporting the Production or stage team with miscellaneous tasks, and also being responsible for attending to our clients’ needs. This position is ideal for someone with experience in a production environment who is highly organised, proactive, and eager to develop their career in production within motion capture.
