About the speaker: 

Neil Hatton is the Chief Executive of the UK Screen Alliance, the trade association for around 200 employers in the Post Production, Visual Effects (VFX), and Animation sectors in the UK. He was a prime mover in getting increased tax incentives for VFX; he wrote the Covid guidance for Post; and has co-developed apprenticeships and other training courses. Prior to becoming the CEO of the UK Screen Alliance, Neil owned and ran post production companies and worked as an editor in unscripted TV. He was awarded an MBE in the King's New Years honours for his service to VFX and animation.
