We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our in house
production team on a 12 month contract. This is a central, hands on role that sits at the heart of
how our productions are run, supporting the Production Manager and Production Executives across
multiple scripted high end television projects simultaneously, from the earliest stages of prep
through to final delivery.
Working closely with production teams across all our active projects, you will be responsible for
maintaining our production office processes and documentation, overseeing post-production
coordination and ensuring that our company systems, procedures, and broadcaster requirements
are consistently followed and tracked throughout every stage of each production.

Office hours are 9.30AM- 6PM, a flexible approach may be required.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the Production Manager with the day to day running of the in-house production
team, ensuring the company processes are followed consistently across all productions.
• Preparing, managing, and distributing production paperwork packs for each project, including
Production, Health & Safety, and Policies Packs.
• Assisting with crew and HOD availability checks across all productions, maintaining accurate
records and flagging conflicts or gaps.
• Supporting Producer, Production Manager and Production Executives in the early stages of each
project by gathering supplier quotes and pencilling key dates ahead of the Line Producer starting.
• Supporting production office and studio availability searches across all productions and
attending recces when required.
• Maintaining and updating the company crew databases, production contact sheets, and all
relevant production documentations.
• Supporting the preparation and updating of production related company guidelines, including
sustainability, clearances, and H&S training documentation.
• Attending checklist meetings and production meetings across all productions, and following
up on actions
• Ensuring all wrap and post paperwork & deliverables are collected, and follow up on any
outstanding items/actions.
• Overseeing production storage management for sets, props and costume, and liaising with
the Production Manager on any new storage facilities and related insurance agreements.
• Providing ad hoc production support to the wider in-house team as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Solid experience working as a Production Coordinator or Assistant Production Coordinator on
scripted HETV or high-budget drama productions in the UK.
• Strong working knowledge of production office processes and paperwork across prep, shoot,
and wrap.
• Familiarity with broadcaster delivery requirements and post-production workflows, including
the creation and management of deliverables lists.
• A thorough and practical understanding of H&S documentation and procedures as they apply
to HETV production.
• Working knowledge of, or active interest in, Albert sustainability certification and carbon
reporting for productions.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple productions and competing
priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with
production teams, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, particularly when handling production paperwork, deliverables
tracking, and compliance documentation.
• Comfortable using software & tools such as Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and Frame.io.
