Post Production Coordinator
About the Role & Team
The Post Production Coordinator supports the post process across multiple concurrent original productions, ensuring workflows, standards, and schedules are adhered to at the studio or platform level. This role acts as a central point of communication and logistics between production teams, vendors, and internal departments such as Editorial, Marketing, Delivery Operations and Content Security. The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills and experience with Post Production management at scale, always focusing on oversight, problem-solving, and process improvement rather than hands-on work within a production.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.
What You Will Do
- Production Oversight: Monitor and track Post Production timelines, deliverables, and progress across all assigned projects/platforms.
- Workflow Coordination: Ensure implementation of best practices across technical, security and delivery standards, assisting with the implementation of new guidelines and rollouts.
- Communication: Serve as point-of-contact between production partners, internal stakeholders (Legal, Editorial, Operations, Marketing, International team(s)), and third-party vendors.
- Delivery Management: Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of all Post Production assets (cuts, final picture, audio, etc.) to meet platform requirements.
- Tools & Platforms: Provide training, guidance, and on/off-board support, asset tracking and reporting for all our internal systems and studio platforms such as PIX, Scenechronize, SoundMouse, Aspera, MediaShuttle ensuring proper naming conventions and data hygiene.
- Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of show status, risks, and issues; generate regular Post Production status reports for leadership.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and troubleshoot Post Production bottlenecks or conflicts across multiple shows.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years’ experience in Post Production coordination or management, with exposure to streaming, network, or studio-level operations, ideally in both scripted and unscripted programming.
- Strong understanding of Post Production workflows and delivery requirements.
- Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams, as well as internal and external vendors.
- Excellent organisation, communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with studio asset systems, documentation platforms, and collaboration tools (PIX, Scenechronize, SoundMouse, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of security protocols, technical specs, and localisation processes preferred.
