runVT, an award-winning post-production house, is looking for an experienced Post Producer to join the team on a maternity cover contract.
We’re looking for someone who keeps post running smoothly, calmly, and commercially, someone who understands that great creative work depends on strong organisation, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee post-production workflows from booking through to delivery
Manage schedules, resources, and bookings efficiently
Liaise confidently with editors, producers, clients, and internal teams
Monitor budgets and ensure projects remain commercially on track
Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep projects moving forward

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Post Producer in TV and/or film
Strong understanding of post-production workflows and delivery requirements
Highly organised with excellent time and resource management skills
Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-first attitude
Commercially aware and accountable in decision-making
Comfortable working onsite as part of a close-knit team

Desirable:
Experience with Farmerswife scheduling software

Additional Information:
This is an onsite role based in London
Applicants must be London-based or able to commute easily
