Award-winning integrated multimedia content & communications studio Peanut & Crumb is seeking a Office Manager/Production Assistant to join our team.
The Office Manager & Production Assistant is a key role in the Peanut & Crumb family. With a strong admin background (ideally in a media company), you will bring your experience to support all arms of the business, reporting to the Producer/Production Manager, Head of Production & Creative Director.
The role will involve being the main point of contact for the office day to day; supporting the producers and senior team with logistics including booking travel and studios, pencilling crew, drafting contracts & agreements, looking after hard drives & equipment; organising meetings; managing the shared drive and email accounts and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will: - Have at least 3 years experience in an office management or production assistant role in a media company - Be exceptionally organised with good administration skills and excellent attention to detail - Have great interpersonal and communication skills - Be a team player and self starter - Be based in Brighton or Sussex, working a minimum of two days a week in our office in central Brighton & some days remotely. - Experience of working with Excel, Google Workspace, Adobe
