The company’s Agency business (established in 2007) focuses on sourcing buildings with high film & TV industry usage potential, working alongside the owners of those buildings to open their doors to filming. The Location Collective Agency portfolio provides a wide range of options for both front of camera filming and behind the camera use, including alternative set build space, workshops, ancillary space, and offices.
In 2019, Location Collective launched the company’s Studio business, responding to the needs of the industry by creating and operating a portfolio of high specification film studios and ancillary facilities. The OMA Studio Group now encompasses 480,000 sq ft of production facilities including flagship sites OMA One Film Studios, OMA X Film Studios and OMA V Film Studios.
