I am a financial adviser in the creative industries. I am passionate about ensuring that my clients are better equipped to improve life for themselves, their families and their businesses.
Before becoming a financial adviser I was a Film and TV producer and a trained Executive Coach in the creative industries for twenty years.
My Production experience started with short films. My short film, Mercy, Dir. Candida Scott Knight, won best film at many festivals around the world. In 2000 I became Head of Development at Catherine Baily Productions (where we made Spider, Dir. David Cronenberg, Cannes 2002). After leaving I developed my own slate, whilst coaching and freelancing in post production and graphics production for Disney and Red Bee Media. My final feature, Jump (Directed by Bindu De Stoppani) won 5 BIFF awards in 2012. For the last three years of my production career I headed up Internal Production at Saatchi&Saatchi.
As a coach I worked with individuals and companies in the creative arena (e.g. The Film Council, The BBC, The Hospital Club) as well as individual creatives to help performance, business growth or relationship challenges. I also mentored for Into Film and the (then) Film Council and in Tom Tykwer’s film school in Nairobi.
