Win has extensive experience across a wide range of film and TV Drama in both Exec and Line Producer roles on locations in the UK, South Africa, Abu Dhabi, Morocco, Northern Ireland and Spain.
She has extensive experience of budgeting both high and low end projects, ranging from approximately 20 million pounds plus to £750k, scheduling, staffing, and addressing the logistics required to deliver the creative aspirations of the Writer and Producer. Win, excels at delivering quality programmes, on schedule and to budget. She is a pragmatic, results-driven Line Producer, with a successful track record for working closely with Exec’s, Producers and Directors to deliver.
In 2018, Win was engaged as Line Producer by Darlow Smithson/Endomel on Torvill & Dean Film for ITV, managing the budget, cost reporting, negotiations, crewing, schedules and the overall day-to-day filming in Northern Ireland. Successfully transmitted on Christmas Day 2018.
Between 2016-2017, Win provided Production Consultant services to The Walt Disney Company (Disney Channel and Studios – Original Programming) - Providing a Production Executive role alongside several Creative Executives, providing strategic production management and due diligence for 3rd party hires across a portfolio of drama programmes from development and commission through to post production, delivery and transmission. Win was responsible for work on “Royal Ranch” – Polka Productions, Argentina, a Disney online webisode and two series of “The Lodge” filmed in Northern Ireland for the Disney Channel EMEA. She went onto work on numerous projects such as Jamie Johnson (Series 1), The Chelsea Detective (Series 1) Torvill & Dean (Film), Rye Lane
She also has experience of working on Branded Content and setting up shoots internationally.
Prior to becoming freelance Win worked at the BBC for over twenty years on a wide range of programmes ranging from EastEnders, Casualty, Silent Witness, Between the Lines, The Ice House, The Student Prince, The Lakes, Hetty Wainthropp Investigates, A Landing on The Sun, Common As Muck, Lovejoy, The Mary Whitehouse Experience, Grange Hill, Top of the Pops, Jules Holland, Blue Peter and a great many more programmes.
