Assistant Accountant
(A digital based AP role using PSL, DPO, Adobe, DocuSign and APM. Same duties as my previous role plus helping to train an assistant, raising wire requests, chasing invoices for proformas, clearing deposit accounts, monitoring old PO's and hot costing for supporting artists and catering.)

Assistant Accountant
(Stand-alone assistant position processing all transactions under the Production Accountant. Crew and dailies payroll for 80-100 employees, using Sargent-Disc and manual timesheets. Invoices, PO's, expenses and Equals cards processed using, DPO, DocuSign and PSL.)

1st Assistant Accountant
(Started early prep to assist with setting up the department and onboard crew. Main responsibility was running crew and dailies payroll for 220 crew (450 crew over the duration of the production), using Sargent-Disc, Team Engine timesheets and journals into PSL. Where time permitted, helping the Financial Controller to manage the assistants, help with ATL, cast and stunt payroll. In preparation for the cost report, I helped investigate and clear where possible, negative ETC's. )

Assistant Accountant
(A paper based AP role using Global Vista and DPO. Duties included entering PO's, matching and inputting invoices. The role also included extensive production cards. )
