Robert Harm

I am a highly versatile and experienced Production Manager to the film and theatre sector, with a track record of delivering robust logistical, budgetary, administrative, and technical management to productions to support the translation of a creative brief into reality.

Having operated on a freelance basis since 2012, I possess considerable hands-on knowledge of the broad spectrum of film production, from budgetary management to location scouting, managing production crews, and creating set designs.

With a background in theatre production, I am able to draw on wide technical expertise, with the authority to advise electrical and lighting crews.

Some of my recent production credits include Production Manager on the BAFTA-nominated Lady Macbeth; Production Manager on My Generation; and Logistic Coordinator on Punchdrunk's Kabeiroi.

Able to hit the ground running in any given situation, I possess exemplary problem-solving skills, demonstrating a facility to think outside the box to provide innovative solutions to complex production or technical issues.

Having worked within theatre from a very young age, it is now my goal to further develop my film career. I am entirely flexible, used to working long hours, and not afraid to step outside my comfort zone to get a job done, at all times maintaining a good sense of humour. I hope that my experience, transferable skills, and positive attitude will be a considerable asset to any production company.
