Role summary
The Studio Operations Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Operations Manager.
They are responsible for and provide the day-to-day contact for client requests with the Studio Management Department, providing assistance in key areas such as the mail room and reception where required, alongside other various other operational tasks that support the department.

Nature and scope
The Studio Operations Assistant’s time is spent across several key areas of business: Coordinating the Site Wide communications for the Operations Facility Services and Projects Departments, overseeing the communication access requests across the business and key production/tenant stakeholders.
The role requires excellent understanding of the Studio and its operations. Maintaining strong relationships and active communication channels with clients and stakeholders is key to ensuring that all parties have a clear and detailed understanding where activity sits within its designed process
