Job Summary
We are looking for a Property Operations Manager to oversee Garden Studios’ properties in terms of tenancy, project management, change and production readiness.
Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Management Team across the estate's portfolio growth phase. Working closely with Facilities and Client Services teams, you will ensure our building works and property projects are delivered on time, in budget, in line with our commercial needs and Clients' requirements.
The Property Operations manager develops relevant standard operating procedures in compliance with building regulations and Film & TV industry standards whilst continuously driving our sustainability ambitions. This position is required to work on site most days.

Job Responsibilities
Ownership of the GS property master-plan, tracking and reporting to support Ops, CTO, Legal & Finance departments.
Ensuring timely delivery of projects, documenting progress reports, keeping all relevant stakeholders updated.
Driver of planning strategy and site changes with Council and local authorities; owning and maintaining all relevant documentation including planning apps.
Key liaison with landlord and managing agents; supporting Legal and SMT on tenancy negotiations.
Project management on smaller scale property projects, production readiness and after tenancy remedial works.
Working with the Heads of Commercial and Client Services, identifying production requirements for each of our properties and working with Facilities Management (FCM) delivering client readiness.
Working with (FCM), ensuring all relevant services and documentation are in place to operationalise new buildings and project delivery.
Embed sustainability ambitions into all projects and delivery.
