THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to the Company Directors to join
our Sheffield office, providing day-to-day support for the CEO and CCO - who serve as EPs on
all Warp’s projects - and support for the MD and COO. This is a pivotal administrative role in
the Company that combines high-level executive support with responsibility for the smooth
day-to-day running of the Warp Films office. The successful candidate will embody and
champion Warp’s values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Providing high-level administrative support to the Directors.
This includes but isn’t limited to:
Managing complex diaries, including scheduling internal and external meetings Coordinating all meeting logistics: confirmations, documents, video conferencing, catering, room bookings and restaurant reservations.
Each Director will like to work differently – building a strong working relationship with each and adapting to individual working styles and preferences is essential.
Arranging UK and international travel and accommodation.
Welcoming guests to the office.
Understanding the need for discretion, both internally and externally - you will be privy to private and commercially sensitive information.
Supporting the COO and operations team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the office.
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through new ways of working and the adoption of technology.
Act as an ambassador for Warp’s values.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Essential:
At least 12 months experience as a PA or EA, ideally in the creative industries.
A good working knowledge of IT including MS Office, Dropbox, Online Calendars, Zoom.
A calm, proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Preferred:
A sound working knowledge of Adobe pro and Docusign is an advantage.
Previous experience in a production or film/TV environment (advantageous but not essential).

TERMS:
Based in our Sheffield Office.
This is a full-time position although we operate a 9-day fortnight working pattern
