The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join Signature Entertainment’s Business Affairs team. The role offers hands-on exposure to the legal and commercial aspects of film production, distribution, and rights management. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Business Affairs team with legal and administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth contract management and rights tracking across Signature’s growing slate of films. This position is ideal for someone looking to launch or develop their career in film business affairs within a dynamic and ambitious company.
Responsibilities
· Provide legal and administrative support across all aspects of film licensing, distribution, and rights management.
· Review, track, and organise agreements related to film and television licensing, ensuring accurate data entry and document management.
· Conduct rights research, including chain of title verification, and maintain internal rights databases.
· Liaise with commercial teams to ensure the integration of rights data into company systems.
· Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents.

Experience & Qualifications
· Some prior experience in an administrative, legal, or business affairs support role is preferred (internships or placements in relevant fields are welcome).
· An undergraduate degree in Law, Business, or a related field is desirable but not essential—relevant practical experience will also be considered.
