Course Overview:
This one day leadership course lead by Sue Ahern is for heads of department and other production office crew who are in a managerial position/leadership role. By the end of the course you will have challenged your thinking and current leadership practice, examined the most common leadership mistakes and learned how to avoid them.

- Clarify your role as a leader of the team
- Establishing the team’s ethos and standards
- Communicating your expectations
- Giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Dealing with under performance
- Setting objectives for future development
Who is this course for?
For anyone already in a leadership/management position or anyone about to step up into a management/leadership role.
*Once you have booked on to the course, you will be sent a questionnaire by the lead trainer that will take 10 – 15 mins to complete, that you will need to send back in advance of the course.
