Roy Button rose through the ranks of the film industry by working as an Assistant Director, Production Manager, and Producer alongside the biggest names in Hollywood. For 28 years, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Physical Production for Warner Brothers in the UK. During his tenure, he was responsible for the safe passage of each new Warner Brothers production in the UK and Europe, including several Academy Award and BAFTA Award-winning and nominated films. Roy was also one of the key driving forces behind Warner Brothers’ investment in Leavesden Studios, which resulted in Europe’s largest production studio and represented one of the most substantial capital investments by a major studio in the past five decades.
