Fellow PGGB Member Marcia Gay has written a tribute in memory of Patricia, which you can read below. If you have any memories to share on Patricia or her career, we would be more than happy to host them here - please email [javascript protected email address].
"It is with deep sadness that we write to inform you of the passing of one of the female icons of the British Film Industry - Patricia Carr
She worked on many of the most successful films of all time. She paved the way for women to follow in her footsteps by becoming one of the first women to become Production Manager. Her credits include Star Wars, Alien 3, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, The Mummy and many more. She spent the latter years of her life in Morocco and then Spain.
She is survived by her much loved husband Chiqito."

"Incredible sad news, I meet pat very early in my career and worked on many projects. I learnt a lot about the film industry and how to work on locations, particularly Morocco, which I grew to love.
She will be missed Nicky nurse."

"It is with great sadness that I heard of the passing of Pat Carr.
I have fond memories of working with her on my movie Jekyll and Hyde with Michael Caine and Cheryl Ladd. Highly skilled and always on the ball, Pat was a delight to work with. She was a pillar of our industry and she will be greatly missed.
Best wishes to all who knew her."

"Sad news about Pat Carr, I worked on a few productions with her, always a lovely lady, a great loss to the industry. My thoughts are with her family."
