As part of Entertainment Partners’ and Netflix's commitment to supporting the film and television industry and investing in our Talent Development Fund, a dedicated group of production professionals joined leading industry trainer, Addie Orfila for a week of developing and honing their knowledge and skills as Production Managers. Whilst an intensive itinerary gave the cohort very little room for distraction, the setting for the course, in a location overlooking Cardiff Bay, provided the perfect creative space for the team to work together and build on their existing experience in the industry.
