These rates are applicable whilst the lighting technicians abide by the terms of the new Pact BECTU TV Drama Agreement 2023.
All rate rises apply immediately from 1 January 2024 on all productions including all existing productions. Therefore, if you have already contracted a lighting technician in 2023 and their contract runs into 2024 they will get a rate rise of 4.5% on 1 January.
