Real SFX are hiring a Production Manager / Co-ordinator to join the team in Cardiff. A Production Manager / Co-ordinator responsible for the administration, organisation and secretarial work in Production.

While duties vary from production to production, the work includes:
- running the production office on a daily basis;
- organising/managing crew;
- breaking down scripts;
- purchasing equipment and supplies;
- dealing with travel and accommodation bookings;
- sorting out enquiries and other paperwork;
- attending production meetings;
- typing and distributing call sheets;
- dealing with accounts, budgeting and expenses;
- with xero knowledge creating quotes for each job;
- working closely with Producers & Exec. Producers on production;
- setting up relevant insurance cover and helping with visas for crew;
- maintaining the company’s fleet of vans by insuring and taxing annually;
- delegating work to other members of staff.
Essential Skills:
- full UK Driving license;

- highly organized with excellent scheduling and task management skills;
- demonstrated project management experience with the ability to problem solve effectively in a fast paced environment;
- minimum 2-5 years of experience within the industry;
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Mac computers;
