Alex is an established film producer based in London. Her credits include ANNA KARENINA, TINKER TAILOR SOLDIER SPY, PADDINGTON and PADDINGTON 2. She is currently in post-production on WONKA which is set to release this Christmas. From an early age, Alex had a passion for storytelling and the magic of cinema. She has forged a career as a hands-on producer. She is highly valued by the directors that she works with and considers her role as a support and sounding board, consistently helping them to realise their vision. As a female producer, it’s important to Alex to lead by example and empower new generations of women to hold top roles in the film industry. From presentations and hosting live events, to mentoring young filmmakers and lecturing in film schools across the globe. Alex is currently Deputy Chair of the BAFTA film committee.
