Amanda is a freelance Producer working for Mammoth Screen at present on World on Fire which plans to shoot in Belfast. She has lived and worked in Belfast on and off for the past 20 years and has lived there permanently for the last 10. Born in Scotland she began her career in the theatre before moving into television when she joined BBC Scotland as a Props AFM in 1990. She has worked up the ranks from Props - AD’s - Locations and finally Production Cord, LP and Co-Producer. Her career has taken to most corners of the UK and around the world. Credits include Wedding Season, Alex Rider, Intergalactic, Miss Julie, Taggart, Silent Witness, Holby City and The Bill. She has worked with all the major broadcasters, from Disney to BBC to Channel 4 and ITV.
