This webinar, presented by Wiggin’s employment law specialists, will provide an overview of the legal framework surrounding neurodiversity and mental health, as well as examine the key risks and best practice for the Film and TV industry in this area. The webinar will cover what is meant by the terms ‘mental health’ and ‘neurodiversity’, the law on disabilities and reasonable adjustments, as well as provide some practical tips for production companies in this area.

Seth Roe (Partner)
Seth has over 15 years of experience helping media and technology businesses with their HR needs. He predominantly advises Film and TV businesses, providing practical and effective solutions to the executives, managers, in-house lawyers and HR teams that he works with day to day, as well as regularly dealing with complicated employment disputes. Recent work has included successfully defending a number of highly sensitive Employment Tribunal claims related to harassment, discrimination and whistleblowing; providing strategic advice regarding a number of large-scale business restructurings; providing guidance to production companies and US studios regarding the recent changes to the laws on holiday pay; and enforcing non-compete restrictions against senior executives in High Court proceedings.
Natalie Brunsdon (Associate)
Natalie is an associate in Wiggin’s employment team and advises clients across a range of sectors on the full spectrum of employment and HR issues. Natalie started her legal career working in the Film and TV industry and has particular experience in helping production companies navigate tricky HR dilemmas and drafting crew and talent agreements. She has played an instrumental role in Wiggin’s work, advising production and studio clients in relation to the recent holiday pay law developments.
