Michael Pentney is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, and director with over two decades of experience in the industry. He began his career in post-production in 2002, quickly establishing himself as a talented editor, colourist, and company director. His passion for on-set workflow and image integrity led him to specialise in DIT, founding NOTORIOUS DIT — now proudly part of the Molinare Creative Group. Michael has since brought his expertise to a wide range of high-profile productions, supporting some of the most visually ambitious storytelling in film and television.
With over 10 years of industry experience, James Vorley is a highly experienced digital lab and workflow specialist with a strong background in high-end feature and episodic productions. As Head of Production & Workflow at Notorious DIT - now part of Molinare Creative Group - he leads on-set and near-set data management, colour pipeline design, and delivery workflows with precision and efficiency.
