Supporting sustainability in film this Christmas

Thu 19th Dec 2019

PG Affiliate CAMA has provided storage & recycling solutions for numerous big shows throughout 2019. Recently they worked with PG member Stella Rae Scott on Universal’s Last Christmas and the production used CAMA’s online asset management software.

“It is such a pleasure to work with Mac and Michelle and their team. CAMA are a well managed, high quality storage and recycling service. Their online system is a game changer. It helps to locate assets so effortlessly - it’s a dream. They are so flexible they will even tailor the software to meet your particular production’s needs. I can allocate boxes to different final destinations without the need to crew up and spend weeks on end in a cold warehouse 'getting my hands dirty!' It’s fantastic. They also manage the repurposing and recycling of props and sets securely. They are a company I trust and would highly recommend” Stella Rae Scott, Asset Manager, Last Christmas 2019, Universal

Because of their unique and user friendly asset management system CAMA can help your production to resell, reuse, repurpose & recycle – all from the comfort of your desk. Their team can help with the redistribution of items to charities, schools and other non-profit organisations.

As an independent family business who have been storing, reusing & recycling items for luxury brands for over 100 years, they can ensure absolute discretion throughout the whole process. All repurposing & recycling is fully documented, to make sure that all items are accounted for and won’t end up in the public domain.

CAMA look forward to working with PG members next year and supporting the film & TV industry to be more environmentally sustainable throughout 2020.
