In new releases from PGGB Members and Partners this week, we're highlighting the highly anticipated sequel to the 2000's epic from legendary director Ridley Scott.
In cinemas today, Gladiator II continues the saga of power, intrigue, and vengeance set in Ancient Rome. Years after witnessing the death of the revered hero Maximus at the hands of his uncle, Lucius (Paul Mescal) is forced to enter the Colosseum after his home is conquered by the tyrannical Emperors who now lead Rome with an iron fist.
With rage in his heart and the future of the Empire at stake, Lucius must look to his past to find strength and honor to return the glory of Rome to its people.
Finally, the second series of globally acclaimed dystopian drama Silo returns to Apple TV with the first episode today, followed by one new episode every Friday through to 17th January, 2025.
Rebecca Ferguson serves as an executive producer on the show and also stars as Juliette, an engineer who seeks answers about a loved one’s murder and tumbles onto a mystery that goes far deeper than she could have ever imagined, leading her to discover that if the lies don’t kill you, the truth will.
