The candidate will be someone with experience in the field, who has operated digital labs and understands all aspects of what this role entails. They will be confident enough to provide training and mentoring to junior members of the team and our pool of freelancers. And will be shift-based. This is both a frontline and support role. It requires a good aptitude for working with both people and computers.
The role will require a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of digital lab work at the studio feature and high-end TV drama levels and will involve mentoring and training other staff members. Flexibility and adaptability are critical.
