BSQUARED is a Glasgow-based post production facility delivering end-to-end picture post services. Our work spans scripted, unscripted and commercial content for broadcasters and global streaming platforms.We are seeking an experienced Post Production Manager to work alongside our Post Producer and Facility Team within a fast-paced, client focused environment with a strong emphasis on quality, creativity and collaborative working. 

Location: Glasgow City Centre / Remote Working
Note: Working from the Glasgow Facility is required for a minimum of 3 days per week. 

Contract: 12 Months FTC

Reports To: Post Producer / Operations Manager

 

The Role

You will be a highly organised and proactive Post Production Manager with a strong understanding of post-production workflows, processes, and delivery requirements across broadcast, streaming and commercial projects.

You will work collaboratively with your management, operations and technical colleagues to ensure our projects are delivered to the highest possible standards.

You will be responsible for scheduling, resourcing, cost tracking, asset management and client communications and attending sessions, ensuring all stages of the post-production process run smoothly and efficiently. You will have a proven track record working within a post-production environment, with experience gained in a facility, vendor, or freelance capacity in this role or a similar position. You will demonstrate clear, professional verbal and written communication with both internal teams and clients, ensuring exceptional attention to detail, strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage post-production schedules through collaboration with clients,  and oversee workflows across multiple projects, ensuring schedules, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and achieved efficiently.

Track and report post budgets, including cost reporting, resource allocation, and vendor/freelance coordination.

Manage media assets, version control, and documentation, ensuring accurate records are maintained throughout all stages of post-production.

Oversee clients attended sessions, preparing materials, facilitating smooth workflow, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Liaise with post management, operations, technical teams, and external vendors to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and ensure projects meet delivery specifications.

Ensure all projects comply with broadcaster, streaming platform, and internal quality standards by supporting QC and verification processes.

Maintain clear communication across all departments, proactively identifying potential risks and providing solutions to keep projects on track.

 

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a Post Production Management, Post Coordinator or similar role within a post-production, broadcast or media environment.

Strong understanding of post-production workflows and dependencies, including offline, online, grading, audio, QC, and delivery.

Experience supporting deliveries to broadcasters and/or streaming platforms.

Familiarity with file-based workflows, versioning and media management.

Confidence using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and asset tracking systems.

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
