We’re seeking an experienced Global Executive Producer to join our sales & marketing team to further bolster our slate of projects, drive revenue growth, and build lasting studio relationships across Phantom Media Group’s portfolio of brands, including Milk, Lola Post & Tippett Studio.
The Role
The Global Executive Producer is a senior leadership role responsible for driving both the strategic direction and commercial success of Phantom Media Group’s projects across film, episodic, animation, and immersive media.
This role builds on the candidate’s established, high-level client relationships, sets and delivers revenue targets, and provides executive oversight of VFX projects from early development through final delivery, working in partnership with Phantom Media Group companies and their local production teams.
Operating across all Phantom Media Group brands, the Global Executive Producer identifies the best financial, creative, and production approaches for each client, ensuring strong outcomes for studios, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Leadership
- Act as the primary senior contact for studios, production companies, showrunners, and executive producers
- Build, maintain, and expand long-term client relationships in film, episodic, and immersive experience verticals
- Leverage existing and new relationships to drive revenue growth and repeat business
- Establish annual and project-based revenue targets and consistently deliver against them
- Identify new opportunities across Phantom Media Group’s brands and capabilities to best serve client needs
- Represent Phantom Media Group by way of local outward engagement as well as at industry events, screenings, festivals, and client meetings, and may require regular but reasonable travel
Revenue & Commercial Strategy
- Partner with company leadership to define and deliver revenue goals for PMG brands
- Own revenue forecasting and pipeline development within the long-form space
- Strategically package Phantom Media Group services across brands to create optimal, scalable solutions for clients
- Balance creative ambition, client satisfaction, and financial performance
- Drive repeat engagements and long-term studio partnerships
- Regular use of the company CRM for revenue and project reporting
Bidding & Financial Oversight
- Lead strategy for bidding, budgeting, and scoping of incoming projects
- Oversee schedules, staffing plans, and cost forecasting to ensure accurate and competitive bids
- Negotiate contracts, fees, scope changes, and change orders with clients
- Maintain strong financial discipline while supporting high-end creative outcomes
Production Oversight
- Oversee multiple long-form projects simultaneously, from development through final delivery in conjunction with local heads of production and managing directors
- Collaborate closely with internal producers, supervisors, and department leads
- Ensure consistent communication between clients and internal teams
- Anticipate and mitigate creative, schedule, and budget risks
Creative Partnership
- Work alongside VFX Supervisors and creative leadership to define project approach and execution strategy
- Help translate creative vision into achievable, efficient VFX solutions
- Champion innovation in workflows, pipelines, and cross-brand collaboration
- Ensure creative excellence while protecting teams from unrealistic expectations
Team & Culture
- Mentor and support producers and production leadership
- Help define best practices for film and episodic production across Phantom Media Group
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and sustainable production culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in VFX sales and production, with significant focus on film and/or episodic television
- Proven experience owning client relationships and driving revenue in a senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of long-form VFX pipelines, workflows, and delivery requirements
- Demonstrated success in bidding, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue accountability
- Established relationships with studios, streamers, and production companies
- Confident communicator and negotiator with a strong business mindset
- Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects and stakeholders simultaneously
