Role overview
The Anti‑Racism Wellbeing Advisor (Racism, Bullying and Harassment Specialist) will work as part of a dedicated team to jointly develop and provide positive, solution-focused and empowering 1–2‑1 guidance, information, and advocacy to support Black and Global Majority professionals working behind the scenes in the industry who are experiencing or have experienced racism.
Main areas of responsibility
The main aim of this role is to support Black and Global Majority clients who are experiencing or witnessing racism, bullying and harassment in the industry.
The role will also support the mental, financial and social wellbeing of Black and Global Majority and empower them to overcome barriers to progression enabling them to thrive within the industry.
