Membership Criteria
Full Member
For highly experienced individuals with 3+ complete feature film/HETV credits in the same role
- A minimum of three scripted feature film and/or HETV drama credits in the grade at which you are applying
- The credits must be from Principal Photography; 2nd Unit and Additional Photography are not accepted
- Credits must be from completed productions
- The support of a current PGGB Member and a minimum of three referees
- Your three referees should be individuals you have directly worked for and can endorse the quality and standard of your work in the grade you are applying for
- Three episodes from the same HETV series count as a single credit
- £100 non-refundable application fee
Supplementary Member
For individuals with fewer than 3 complete Feature Film/HETV credits in the same role
- Supplementary Membership is only available to those who have fewer than three completed credits
- The credits must be from Principal Photography; 2nd Unit and Additional Photography are not accepted
- Credits must be from completed productions
- In order to apply you must have completed your first credit on a feature film and/or HETV drama. The credit should be on a complete production and in one of the grades we represent at full membership level
- You are only permitted to stay within supplementary membership for a maximum of three years
- Once you have completed three credits in your chosen path you will then be asked to upgrade to full membership
- To submit a supplementary membership application you will need the support of a current PGGB Member and at least one referee from your completed credit
- £40 non-refundable application fee
Permanently Employed
For individuals working full-time as part of a production company/company that provides production services
- In order to apply for permanently employed membership you must work for a production company or a company that provides production services
- To submit an application you will need the support of a current PGGB Member and a reference from your employer or someone who works closely with you

The Application Process
Applications are submitted to the committee every two months.

Register and Start your application.
Fill in your relevant skills, experience, your film and drama credits, contact details for referees.
Pay your application fee.
Application reviewed by the Membership Committee.
Successful applications go to the board for approval.
