Valeria is an accomplished Production Wellbeing and Inclusion Consultant.
She worked her way up through the ranks of production, undertaking roles on big budget studio feature films including Inception, Mad Max: Fury Road and Maleficent. As Production Executive for Pathe from 2014 to 2019, Valeria worked on award-winning projects such as Judy, Pride, Selma and Suffragette, helping to oversee and support productions from development through to distribution.
During her tenure at the Film and TV Charity, she created the first-of-its-kind toolkit for mentally healthy productions as part of the Whole Picture programme.
"I am passionate about improving the ways we work in production across film and TV. I believe that meaningful change is essential for creating an industry where everyone feels valued and represented.
Being part of this committee would allow me to collaborate with like-minded peers who share the same commitment to fostering positive change within the PGGB membership and beyond.
