Addie has extensive production experience spanning over 25 years for ITV, All3Media and BBC, amongst others.
Addie set up her own training company over 9 years ago, delivering bespoke training nationally and internationally for production companies, broadcasters, studios, ScreenSkills, The Film and TV Charity, PACT, The Production Guild, Netflix, and others.
In addition to training, Addie works as a production consultant (most recently for the BBC and Lavender Pictures) and regularly delivers bespoke training and mentoring around bullying and harassment, equality and diversity for professionals across tv and film, from trainees right through to Line Producers and Execs.
