The Bottle Yard Studios is the largest film and TV production facility in the West of England. Two hours from London and 15 mins from Bristol city centre, it attracts UK and international productions of all sizes.
11 stages are available; eight at the main site and three at TBY2, the Studios' premium facility which opened in 2022 offering fully soundproofed shooting space.
TBY2’s power supply is supported by an award-winning 1MW solar array funded by Bristol Energy Cooperative, believed to be the largest community-owned PV rooftop in the UK.

Both Bottle Yard sites are voluntary members of the BAFTA albert Studio Sustainability Standard. The Bottle Yard Studios' main site (TBY1) was rated Excellent in 2025, and its TBY2 facility was rated Outstanding, receiving the highest score of the cohort - making it the most sustainable film/TV studio in the world.
The Bottle Yard Studios are situated at the gateway of the South West, providing easy access to a diverse range of filming locations, including Regency Georgian, gritty industrial and picturesque coastline. The Studios have excellent links with the highly experienced crew based in and around Bristol, a UNESCO City of Film with a vivid track record in film/TV production. Bristol Film Office is also on hand to provide free, dedicated support on location.
