Left Bank Pictures is a multi award-winning independent production company launched in 2007 to make high-end film and television series for the international market. Since its inception, Left Bank has built up a world class creative team with a wealth of experience in British filmmaking and broadcasting, under the leadership of Chief Executive Andy Harries.

Their production slate includes some of the best known and most successful scripted series in global television, including Netflix's The Crown, as well as productions for BBC, HBO / Cinemax, Sky, Starz, Amazon, WGBH, YouTube and ITV. Motion picture credits include Sony Pictures, Europacorp, Optimum Releasing, Film4, and Pathe.

Recent credits include thriller The Fear Index, starring Josh Hartnett, for Sky Atlantic; Netflix's supernatural drama Behind Her Eyes; Quiz for ITV and Sitting In Limbo, for BBC One, which won the award for Best Single Drama at the 2021 BAFTA TV Awards.

The Crown continues to win accolades around the world with season four winning four Golden Globe Awards, including Best Television Series - Drama, and seven Primetime Emmy Awards wins, including Outstanding Drama Series.

Left Bank Pictures' films and scripted series have also been recognised by the Academy Awards and the Royal Television Society.

Twice named Best Independent Production Company at the Broadcast Awards (in 2011 and 2018) Left Bank also won Production Company of the year at the Edinburgh International Television Festival in 2017.

Upcoming productions include series five of The Crown; Three Pines, for Prime Video, starring Alfred Molina as Chief Inspector Armand Gamache and based on the books of Canadian author Louise Penny; and the four-part psychological thriller, Without Sin (an ITV X exclusive) starring Vicky McClure and Johnny Harries. Set and filmed in Nottingham, Without Sin is a collaboration between Left Bank Pictures and BYO Films, the production company launched by McClure and partner Jonny Owen.

Also currently filming are two series for Netflix - The F**k It Bucket, created and written by Ripley Parker, and starring Stephen Fry, and Palomino (wt), currently in production in Spain.
