Neil is an experienced chartered accountant with large corporate and transactional experience. He served as Chief Commercial Officer at FTSE 100 company Serco PLC and as Managing Director of Conduit for 7 years. His leadership of the company grew from a start-up to over 2,500 employees, finally leading the sale of the company to KGB in 2006. As Financial Director of Bluestone National Park resort for 8 years prior to his appointment at ADF, Neil was instrumental in the growth and success of the company, and in taking the business back into employee ownership.
