Marsden previously worked at Bristol Television Film Services for 14 years prior to joining ADF. Initially appointed as a Transport Captain, after two successful years, Marsden accepted an offer to become the General Manager of the company, with a remit to overseeing ongoing productions and increasing the growth of the customer base. During his tenure he increased the fleet of vehicles from 30 to 130 with a staff of 50 becoming one of the leading facility vehicle suppliers to the television & film industry in the UK. In June 2014 Marsden joined ADF as General Manager to help Andy and Steve implement their long-term growth strategy, putting in place the required infrastructure and leading the sales force. With Andy & Steve taking a step back from the business in 2016 Marsden was made Managing Director and under his stewardship the company has grown year on year.
