Upon graduating from University with a degree in Finance & Accounting, I was unsure of which direction I wanted my career to go in. After a few years of working as an Accounts Assistant, I saw the Netflix training scheme advertised online and started to look into the Production Accounting industry. I quickly realised the scale of opportunity offered by the NAPATS program, and realised this would be not only an excellent learning experience, but also an amazing step-in to the notoriously secluded British Film&TV Industry. 4-months in I am certain that applying for this training scheme was the best move I've made in my career so far.
