Over a 30 year career, Virginia is a highly experienced producer of factual and scripted content. Hailing from the UK, she has worked on numerous productions all over the world. Her extensive production experience includes projects for Warner Bros, HBO, Lucasfilm, EON, 20th Century Fox and Universal. She has worked on location in UK, Australia, Germany, France, Thailand, Turkey and Iceland. She is the Head of Production and partner at Good Thing Productions and leads creative development on all narrative projects. She has produced multi award winning feature films including Nitram directed by Justin Kurzel (Official Selection and Best Actor, Cannes 2021, 8 AACTA 2021 awards), NZ official co-production feature comedy Nude Tuesday (Dir. Armagan Ballantyne) starring Jackie van Beek, Damon Herriman and Jemaine Clement (Tribeca, Sydney and Edinburgh Film Festivals 2022). Her feature documentary credits include AACTA winning The Australian Dream directed by Daniel Gordon (opening night MIFF 2019, Telluride, TIFF, LFF 2019) 2040 and AACTA winning That Sugar Film both directed by Damon Gameau. Most recently she is executive producer on feature documentary Ellis Park, Dir. Justin Kurzel (MIFF & LFF 2024), feature film First Light, Dir. James Robinson (Rotterdam and Marrakesh FF 2026) and producer on comedy feature film One More Shot, (Dir. Nicholas Clifford) premiering at SXSW 2025. Currently she is producing Dacre Montgomery’s feature debut The Engagement slated for release in 2026.
