About the speakers
Michael Pentney is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, and director with over two decades of experience in the industry. He began his career in post-production in 2002, quickly establishing himself as a talented editor, colourist, and company director. His passion for on-set workflow and image integrity led him to specialise in DIT, founding Notorious DIT — now proudly part of the Molinare Creative Group. Michael has since brought his expertise to a wide range of high-profile productions, supporting some of the most visually ambitious storytelling in film and television.
With over a decade in the industry, James Vorley is a highly skilled specialist in DIT, digital lab, and post-production workflows, working across high-end feature films and episodic drama. As Head of Production & Workflow at Notorious DIT - now part of Molinare Creative Group - he brings deep expertise in both on-set/near-set, dailies and post production. James leads the design and implementation of robust colour pipelines, data management, and delivery processes, ensuring technical precision and creative flexibility at every stage of production.
