Fixed Price IT Support

Introducing OptivITy's new fixed price IT support offering for individuals and freelance contractors. OptivITy is currently offering walk-in or remote telephone IT support contract for a fixed cost of £175.00 + VAT per year.

This contract covers:

1 computer (PC or MAC), printer and additional peripheral support, be it in the office or home.
Onsite engineer support if required (Pinewood only)
Unlimited telephone support and a system rebuild if required due to hardware failure.
All labour costs are covered under the contract and you only pay for parts as required.

Taking out annual support will give you the added reassurance of no additional costs for IT Support and provided by OptivITy's experienced engineers and from a company with over 14 years of experience.
