Webinar
As applications open for our inaugural PGGB Membership Mentoring Programme, we would encourage all Members interested in the scheme to join us for a Q&A session on what it means to be a mentor or mentee, and the details behind our programme.
PGGB Talent Executive Jonny Shelton runs this session and answers any questions you may have on time commitments, expectations and logistics and if you were to sign up, and we’re delighted to welcome Sue Ahern of Creative People to talk through the mentor/mentee relationship and the power of mentorship programmes to unlock potential on both sides.
Sue Ahern is Training Director at Creative People, an international training and coaching consultancy which specialises in helping media businesses. Sue co-founded the consultancy after a successful career as a programme maker: she has worked as a journalist, producer and series producer, and managed the Radio Training department for the BBC. At Creative People, Sue works mainly in the areas of management development and leadership, as well as improving individual and team performance. She is also a trained mediator.
Applications for the PGGB Membership Mentoring Programme are open until Friday 14th June 2024. The scheme is designed to expand on the work we do to support and develop our industry leading Membership, and to give both mentors and mentees the opportunity to further their careers, upskill and reflect on their journeys so far.
