Our opportunity:

We're looking for a Young BAFTA Programmer to play a role in shaping the future of the screen industries and the lives of young people across the UK. We’re looking for a creative force who can imagine, design, and deliver unforgettable programmes that captivate and empower the next wave of talent.

As the driving force behind our year-round programme of events, workshops, screenings, and activities for ages 5–18, you’ll be at the heart of BAFTA’s mission to open doors and raise aspirations. You’ll spark curiosity, grow confidence, and shine a spotlight on the incredible careers waiting in film, games, and television.

From hands-on skills workshops to inspiring industry showcases, your work will help build a more inclusive and diverse future for the screen industries, one bright mind at a time.

Who you are?
