Support Production Coordinator (12 Month FTC)

Sky Entertainment Group Scripted Production are looking for a Senior Production Coordinator to assist and support the Production team throughout all stages of production. You will work closely with the Junior Production Executives and Production Executives as appropriate on all commissions and developments including attending studios, events and locations when necessary.

You will be able to respond to all enquiries from production companies seeking guidance and advice where necessary.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the wider production team with all commissioned and inhouse productions.
  • Maintain internal trackers (including Cost tracker for Development) and combined overview schedules.
  • Maintain, implement & regulate production filing systems & processes to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Maintain and manage contacts and distribution lists for production management team(s)
  • Assist the Production Managers, Junior & Production Executives to maintain consolidated schedules, work-flows and delivery paperwork (inc. Silvermouse and Soundmouse).
  • Track Diversity, and all sky initiatives alongside mandatory training and compliance.
  • Assist Production team with room bookings, visitor’s bookings, travel bookings, etc
  • Offer key support to ensure key dates are in diaries with PA’s for Readthroughs, Production Meetings, EP viewings, locks and edit attendance days, external screenings, etc
  • Regularly update and maintain talent ladders, rate cards and other production trackers
  • Point of contact for trainees and graduates from various Sky initiatives.
  • General admin

 

What you'll bring:

  • At least 2 professional credits in Film or TV production roles.
  • Strong understanding of TV or Film production workflows from prep to shoot to post.
  • Experience maintaining key production documents, including callsheets, schedules and contact lists and budget trackers.
  • Experience working with external production companies, crew, talent and suppliers.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of all up-to-date broadcast and production technology and processes.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and positive thinker.
  • Use of initiative and able to think and prioritise quickly under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
