VI Rental are one of the Uks leading TV and Film rental companies. From major productions to creative commercials and documentaries, VI Rental are trusted across the sector for our technical expertise, reliability, and service. We are looking for a Senior Account Handler to join a busy rental desk to support some of the UK’s most exciting productions.

What you’ll do:
Be the main point of contact for production clients
Manage rental enquiries from quote to wrap
Coordinate kit bookings with our technical and warehouse teams
Build lasting relationships with production crews and DoPs
About you:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role within TV, Film, or Broadcast rentals
Strong technical knowledge of camera, lighting & grip equipment
Excellent communicator and natural organiser
Proactive, detail-driven, and thrives in a busy production environment
Must be based in or able to commute to our Bristol office (office-based role)
