Introduction

We are looking for a smart, diligent and savvy individual to join us as a Team Assistant. Reporting into the Head of Production you’ll be responsible for providing support to the Production team with a variety of day to day tasks. This role will also provide vital support for the team across all aspects of the studio and production, therefore suits someone with experience within content media production who is looking for an opportunity to progress their career. More importantly you’ll be an excellent communicator and organiser.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule team meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
• Assisting with shoot production. Pre-Production, and as a runner on set.
• Studio Support – data archiving, link between team and IT when needed, logging kit in and out.
• Liaise with the finance department and onboarding of new suppliers.
• Assist with onboarding new team members, including induction scheduling and resource preparation.
• Maintain accurate records, contact lists, and internal documentation.
• Assist with preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
• Help coordinate internal communications.

Skills & Experience

• 1 - 2 years’ experience within a production team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and adaptable to change.
• Positive, professional, and approachable.
• Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
