Production Coordinator

Black Lab Films are expanding again and are looking for a dynamic and organised Production Coordinator to join our exciting and growing production team full time.

You would join a collaborative team creating content across TV, social, and radio advertising, along with our passion projects — from short films to feature films in development. You’ll have a hand in every stage of the process, from the first spark of an idea through shooting, post-production and final delivery.

Key Attributes:
Candidates are expected to have relevant production experience as a Production Coordinator, however, we’re ideally looking for the following attributes....

Essential 
- Experience in setting up for shoots, including booking hotels, transport, flights, crew etc.
- Experience with casting, child licenses, contracts, sourcing locations, props etc.
- Experience with client handling and feedback.
- Some experience with drafting call sheets, schedules, MOs, RA’s. 
- Some experience with post production organisation and management.
- Excellent administrative, numeracy and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to last-minute changes, problem-solve and stay flexible under pressure.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a team striving towards the same goals.
- Ability to use initiative, work independently when needed, demonstrating enthusiasm and confidence in their work.
- A clean driving license.

Desirable
- Experience working for a creative agency and confident with Clearcast, Caria and delivery platforms.
- Passionate about films and filmmaking
- Available from 29th September
